Foreclosures
A foreclosure is not the end of the world. If you are in
a financial crisis such as a foreclosure; your mother can’t help you. Your priest can’t help you.
Only you can remedy the situation. What should you do?
At the very least you should call an attorney. And,
although, I can’t give you legal advice, you can call
me. Unless it’s for money, please don’t call your
mother. Don’t call your Aunt Sally. They may provide
emotional support, but they can’t help you with complex
foreclosure proceedings. You can also pray, then you
need to take assertive action. And you need to be very
honest with yourself. Why did you get into this
situation? What are the chances it will happen again? Be
honest and move forward because time is your worst
enemy. |
